Eliezer Ramos
CEO and founder of TESOLUM
Eliezer has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, holding senior technical positions in nine countries across South America, North America, Europe, and the Middle East.He held a senior technical position in Global Operations and several other management positions in the U.S.
He founded TESOLUM in 2017, a company that began as a geophysical exploration company focused on water exploration and later diversified into mineral exploration.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and has completed numerous courses in geology, drilling, geophysics, and administration.
His entire career has focused on finding value underground.
Ruben Manriquez
Senior Geologist, working as consultant.
Exploration geologist with vast experience in the different stages of mining exploration; from the generation of prospective areas to projects advanced stages of feasibility. He has participated in numerous evaluations of projects for the purpose of acquisitions and partnerships between companies, collaborating in economic evaluations and due diligence work.
Experienced too in the development of conceptual and predictive geological models at different scales, from regional works to the scale of mineralized bodies.
Extensive training in the genesis of mineral deposits, especially in epithermal, porphyry, skarn/CRD, and VMS type systems. It also has training in Health and Safety, environmental regulations and operational excellence; as well as in leadership and finance.
His last position was Country Exploration Director for Agnico Eagle which is one of the top gold producers worldwide.
